Bring shared marketing into one proposed workspace: campaign budgets, participating businesses, offers and timing. Follow an invitation from where it started to what someone chose, keeping interest, permission and confirmed visits distinct.

Pool the effort. Make each invitation count.
Your audiences, connected.
Your businesses, growing together.
Businesses could pool agreed marketing contributions for a stronger local campaign, managed through the platform across digital invitations, email, social promotion and physical placements. Each business would keep its own goals, offer limits and budget approval.
The aim is to match useful offers with people’s chosen interests, local context and the times a business wants to welcome them. Think a weekday café invitation after a morning class, a first-visit studio offer with spare capacity, or a dining experience for someone settling into the neighbourhood.
Start with agreed audiences and schedules, then use recorded claims and confirmed redemptions to refine the offer, channel and timing. The proposed platform would help compare what works for each business and recommend adjustments within approved limits, rather than promise a perfect result.
Instagram, Facebook and cross-posting at the centre
Our proposed platform would connect participating businesses’ professional Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages through authorised integrations. A shared campaign calendar would bring together channel-specific content, business approvals, scheduled publishing and available performance insights.
A café could introduce a nearby studio to its followers; the studio could feature the café in return. Coordinated cross-posting and partner promotions would help each business reach relevant new people through the network, with content approved for each connected account.
Integration delivery depends on supported account types, platform permissions and review. These connections are planned, not active in this demonstration.
Share introductions, grow followers and connect contacts
Each business brings relationships to the network: customers, email subscribers and social followers. Shared posts, partner features and campaign invitations give those audiences a reason to discover, follow and hear from other participating businesses.
Where someone explicitly chooses to share their details with named partners, the proposed platform would record that choice and pass the agreed contact details to those businesses. Existing subscribers could receive relevant partner introductions from the business they already hear from, within their preferences, and choose whether to join the partner’s list.
Followers choose whom to follow; they are not transferred between accounts. Contact sharing would retain the named recipients, purpose and permission record, with withdrawal and sending controls.
How pooled marketing would be managed
Agree the shared campaign budget, each business’s contribution and how placements are allocated before launch. The workspace would show planned activity, spend and recorded outcomes by business, alongside the campaign total. Changes beyond agreed budgets would need approval.
Relevant offers, considerate timing
Businesses would set availability, redemption caps, margins and preferred times. Customer-selected interests and permissions would guide relevant invitations, with frequency limits and easy opt-outs. Participation would not give every business access to everyone’s contact details.
Manage invitations and campaigns
Proposed tools for offers, validity dates, participating locations and shared prize campaigns. A daily invitation or weekly feature can create a reason to return without promising a prize every day.
Build relationships with permission
Business-specific opt-ins, clear preferences, unsubscribe controls and agreed sending limits. A shared campaign does not mean everyone receives everyone’s contact list.
Understand what can be measured
Tagged QR and digital links can identify an invitation’s source. Claims and confirmed redemptions would be recorded separately. Social clicks are measurable; verified follows, likes and campaign attribution depend on each platform’s available integrations and permissions, and are not promised here.
A tap today. A useful local companion tomorrow.
Scan a welcome pack or tap at a counter to find a relevant invitation. Our community app, coming soon, could keep saved offers together and deliver chosen updates, with optional nearby reminders where they genuinely help.
We would coordinate the placements, destinations and campaign timing, so each business doesn’t have to assemble the technology itself.
